This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with experience in managing corporate travel services. The consultant will handle end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and holiday packages, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complete travel bookings for corporate clients, covering flights, hotels, and vacation packages.

• Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

• Manage travel amendments, cancellations, and refunds with accuracy and speed.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business travel needs and policies.

• Communicate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure optimal arrangements and resolve issues.

• Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and are properly documented.

• Monitor industry trends to recommend updated travel solutions and destinations.

• Gather and assess client feedback to improve service quality.

• Track travel expenses to stay within budget and provide cost-effective options.

• Offer emergency travel support, ensuring client safety and trip continuity.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in corporate travel management or as a travel consultant.

• In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards, systems, and regulations.

• Strong customer relationship management and service orientation.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently under pressure.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate documentation.
