Business Development Executive
Locations: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman – United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 1–4 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered)
Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,500 + Commission

Join a fast-growing team as a Business Development Executive in the UAE. This role is ideal for sales-driven professionals passionate about building client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. You’ll represent our company across multiple sectors, driving growth through strategic prospecting and consultative sales techniques.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and market analysis.

  • Client Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver tailored sales pitches highlighting product/service features and business value.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

  • Sales Reporting: Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance, and generate reports.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

  • Event Participation: Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.


👤 Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Arts, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 1–4 years’ experience in business development or B2B/B2C sales.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel locally when required.

  • Freshers with excellent spoken English and sales aptitude may also apply.
