About the Role:
North Ocean Contracting Company, part of the esteemed NOE Group, is hiring a skilled 3D Architectural Visualizer to support its real estate development brand, Manam Realty. Based in Dubai, this creative role involves producing high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and architectural animations to visually communicate design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

As a vital member of the design team, you will collaborate closely with architects and engineers, utilizing your advanced 3D visualization skills along with graphic design expertise to create compelling presentations and visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 3D architectural models from 2D drawings and sketches, including interior, exterior, and landscape elements.

• Deliver photorealistic renderings, walkthrough animations, and visual content aligned with design objectives.

• Support project presentations with graphic materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Maintain a well-organized asset library of models, textures, and rendering files.

• Keep abreast of trends and innovations in 3D rendering, animation, and visualization tools.

• Contribute to design meetings and provide creative input throughout project development.

• Adhere to brand standards and project specifications in all visual deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or Graphic Design.

• Proven experience in 3D visualization within architecture, real estate, or construction.

• Strong portfolio showcasing modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering proficiency.

• Expertise in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Revit, and AutoCAD.

• Advanced graphic design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Attention to detail with a strong sense of composition, lighting, and architectural storytelling.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines across multiple projects.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
