Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance across terminal operations, vessel activities, and warehouse facilities throughout the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across all operational zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across terminals, vessels, and warehouses.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.

• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.

• Deliver HSE training sessions and safety briefings to all relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate records of safety practices and compliance documentation.

• Coordinate with regional HSE teams to align safety practices and ensure consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role within terminal, marine, or warehouse operations.

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Based in the United Arab Emirates and available for regional travel, if required.
