Job Title: Real Estate Sales & Brokerage Specialist
Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales & Brokerage Specialist to manage property listings, advise sellers, and drive successful property transactions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide both clients and junior agents through all stages of the buying or selling process.
Your responsibilities will include listing and marketing properties for sale, advising clients on home presentation and pricing strategies, negotiating deals to secure the best terms, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurately completed. You will also supervise real estate agents, coordinate showings, and collaborate with external professionals like home inspectors and attorneys. Conducting in-depth market research and staying current with real estate trends are essential components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:

List and market residential and commercial properties for sale.

Advise sellers on pricing, home staging, and presentation strategies.

Negotiate favorable deals between buyers and sellers.

Prepare, review, and manage legal documentation and contracts.

Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents to drive deal closures.
