Job Title: Fit-Out Sales & Project Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Fit-Out Sales & Project Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships for our fit-out projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fit-out projects, exceptional communication skills, and an understanding of market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the fit-out sector.

Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

Present tailored solutions through engaging sales presentations and proposal preparation.

Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets and revenue goals.
Technical Consultation & Solution Design:

Offer expert technical consultation on materials, designs, and construction techniques for fit-out solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and create customized solutions.

Work with the design and engineering teams to develop detailed technical specifications and drawings.
Project Management & Coordination:

Manage the complete fit-out process from initial consultation to final delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, on-time delivery, and quality standards.

Monitor project progress, resolve any arising issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research & Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Conduct research to discover new opportunities and areas for business growth.

Provide feedback to enhance product offerings and refine sales strategies.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service:

Offer exceptional client support throughout the project lifecycle.

Handle post-project reviews, client feedback, and ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales engineering within the fit-out or construction industry.

Strong technical expertise in fit-out materials, systems, and design principles.

Excellent sales skills with a history of achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and negotiation.

UAE Driving License is mandatory.
