Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team and lead SEO initiatives targeting the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical SEO knowledge, proven success in link-building, and experience managing teams and SEO campaigns in a dynamic, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies aligned with business goals.

• Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and implement improvements (schema, page speed, site structure, etc.).

• Lead and manage link-building campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks.

• Conduct keyword research and competitive market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze website performance, rankings, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Stay current with the latest search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends to ensure strategy alignment.

• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

• Mentor junior team members and oversee day-to-day SEO tasks and performance tracking.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the UAE digital market

• Minimum 1 year of team management experience

• Advanced understanding of technical SEO and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar

• Expertise in link-building, outreach, and off-page optimization

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
