Job Description:

We are currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates for our Kids Play Area located in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers of Asian nationality who are passionate about sales, enjoy working in a family-friendly environment, and are eager to begin a rewarding career in the retail and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the Kids Play Area, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

• Understand and explain services, packages, and promotions to clients.

• Support sales targets by converting walk-ins into sales and upselling additional services.

• Maintain a clean and child-safe environment while coordinating with the team for seamless operations.

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally and courteously.

• Follow company procedures for cash handling, documentation, and daily sales reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent command of soft skills, particularly patience and empathy with families and children.

• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-energy environment.

• Comfortable with phone interactions and in-person sales pitches.

• Asian nationality preferred (Freshers welcome to apply).
