Cornerstone Middle East is seeking a skilled Facade Technical Inspector to ensure the quality and integrity of façade construction projects. This role involves conducting various façade testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of on-site experience and a B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facade Testing: Perform on-site façade testing, including air-tightness, water-tightness, room integrity, and chamber testing.

• Data Collection: Collect and analyze testing data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

• Reporting: Prepare detailed test reports that document findings and compliance.

• QA/QC Practices: Implement QA/QC best practices to maintain high-quality standards.

• Documentation: Prepare and review technical documentation, such as Pre-Qualification documents, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in façade installation and/or testing.

• Education: B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

• License: A valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of façade testing methods and construction quality assurance.
