Accor is looking for a friendly and dedicated Receptionist to join their team at one of their prestigious hotels in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests on arrival and departure, ensuring personalized, courteous service.

• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain guest information in the system and handle any necessary updates.

• Perform cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, and night audits tasks.

• Handle walk-in and phone-in reservations, ensuring smooth booking processes.

• Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.

• Issue guest room key cards and manage guest security.

• Provide assistance at the Information counter, Foreign Exchange, Business Center, and other departments as needed.

• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the relevant departments.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

• Professional attitude and appearance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

• Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Proficiency in Russian is preferred but not required.
