Securitas is looking for Security Officers to join their elite team in Superior, WI. The role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety of clients and their guests. This position is full-time with a shift schedule from Thursday to Sunday, 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol, monitor, and control access to maintain a safe environment

• Investigate suspicious behavior and incidents

• Ensure overall site security by preventing and detecting signs of intrusion

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

• Monitor computer systems and CCTV for safety

Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Basic computer/technology skills

• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills (preferred)

• Background in customer service (preferred)

• Ability to conduct patrols during the shift

• Comfortable with access control duties

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check

• Pay rate: $18.75/hour
