Bloom Education is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Homeroom Teachers to join their Charter Schools in Al Ain starting August 2025. The role involves teaching in a vibrant learning community that values diversity, professional development, and innovation. The Charter Schools offer an American-based curriculum and cater to students from kindergarten through Grade 11.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach in a dynamic classroom environment, following the American-based curriculum

• Set high standards for teaching and student behavior

• Collaborate with senior and middle leaders to achieve educational excellence

• Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching practices

• Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of students in accordance with school policies

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant BA Degree & PGCE

• Minimum of 2 years postgraduate teaching experience

• Experience with the American curriculum is an advantage

• Ability to submit a letter of application, CV, passport copy, education certificates, and police clearance

• Provide contact details for three professional referees, including a current Principal
