A well-established Multi-Asset Brokerage is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Chief Representative to lead its Dubai office. The successful candidate will focus on expanding institutional and corporate client relationships, especially in commodities and energy futures markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute business development strategies targeting institutional and corporate clients

  • Identify and engage potential clients including HFT firms, proprietary trading desks, and corporate hedgers

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Promote the firm’s product offerings and international market access solutions

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events to boost market presence

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in client relationship management and business development

  • Strong professional network within the DMCC/DFIC region

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
