ABB is hiring a Communication Leader to drive external and internal communications strategy for its Gulf operations. This full-time on-site role in Dubai is ideal for experienced communications professionals who can lead content creation, digital engagement, and brand visibility in the B2B energy and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement external thought leadership and social media strategy for Distribution Solutions.

• Execute local marketing communications strategies to support business growth.

• Plan and manage content for all stages of the customer buying funnel.

• Lead the creation and coordination of communication content: case studies, podcasts, presentations, articles, and more.

• Track communications effectiveness using KPIs and ensure alignment with local division strategies.

• Build a strong communication network and stay updated on industry best practices and innovations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in communication or marketing roles.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and editing skills (writing test required).

• Experience with customer lead generation and nurturing campaigns.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills in matrix organizations.

• Vendor management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pardot (or similar CRM tools).

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Background in B2B, energy, sustainability, engineering, or technology sectors preferred.
