Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and drinks efficiently in line with hotel standards and bar regulations.

• Ensure all tables are served promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and all equipment used during shifts.

• Recommend menu items with strong product knowledge of beverages and dishes.

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Maximize guest satisfaction and average spend through upselling and high service standards.

• Assist in achieving drink profit margin targets through effective bar operations.

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, presentation, and service techniques.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• No specific educational qualification required; hospitality training is a plus.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
