Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendant who prides themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for all guests by adhering to the hotel’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive work assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and sign the key log book.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, cleaning mirrors, and polishing brass and metal.

• Ensure fire exits and stairways are clear of any obstructions.

• Report any maintenance work required immediately to the supervisor.

• Pick up litter from corridors and pathways.

• Replenish bathroom and room supplies as needed.

• Tidy and arrange guest articles neatly, and spot clean carpets if necessary.

• Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas clean and tidy.

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from rooms and corridors.

• Inform valet services for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Vocational training in housekeeping within a hotel is preferred.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet high standards of cleanliness.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural team.

• Friendly, caring, and dedicated with a passion for customer service.
