A well-established construction company in Dubai is looking to hire a Project Civil Engineer with 7–9 years of site experience. The ideal candidate must have successfully delivered multiple mid-rise residential/commercial projects (G+6 to G+10) and should be familiar with Trakhees regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for civil construction projects.

• Set project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure smooth and timely execution.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, project engineers, and subcontractors.

• Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• 7–9 years of UAE-based site experience in mid-rise construction.

• Experience working on G+6 to G+10 building projects.

• Trakhees & DM accreditations are mandatory.

• Valid UAE Driver’s License required.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead teams on-site.
