IMPERIUM GROUP, a leader in architectural design and construction in Dubai, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead and oversee complex construction and renovation projects. This is a full-time, on-site role for a dynamic professional with a proven ability to manage all aspects of architectural development, from concept to completion.

As a Senior Architect, you will drive design excellence while ensuring all projects adhere to regulatory standards and align with client expectations. The role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and strong technical skills, particularly in Dubai’s residential and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of architectural designs, blueprints, and technical plans

• Ensure all architectural work complies with building codes and regulations

• Oversee concept design stages, including massing, layout, and exterior design

• Deliver visually compelling and functionally sound design solutions aligned with project goals

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to refine project specifications

• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Guide and mentor junior architects and team members

• Attend project meetings and provide timely updates and reports

• Research and integrate new materials, technologies, and construction methods

• Approve architectural plans and ensure compliance with industry and municipal standards

• Submit architectural documentation to entities such as Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Damac, and Dubai Development Authority (DDA)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on residential villas

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office programs

• Experienced in drawing submissions to Dubai regulatory authorities and developers

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (mandatory)

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Positive, self-driven, and able to work independently
