Our client is a distinguished fashion house based in Dubai, celebrated for its refined and globally expanding portfolio of elegant women’s fashion brands.

Role Overview:
The Country Manager will lead the strategic and operational growth of the UAE market. The role demands a visionary leader capable of driving expansion, optimizing operations, and ensuring profitability while aligning local initiatives with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute country-specific retail strategies that align with corporate goals.

• Identify expansion opportunities in retail, partnerships, and e-commerce platforms across the UAE.

• Lead localized marketing, CRM, and promotional initiatives tailored to the regional market.

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management for UAE operations.

• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.

Candidate Requirements:

• Arabic male national, aged 45 or below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years in retail management, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the UAE or GCC.

• Proven success in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand positioning in competitive markets.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
