Role Overview:
As a Spa Therapist at Paramount Hotels Dubai, you’ll be responsible for providing premium spa treatments while ensuring a five-star customer experience. You will maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism while helping guests relax and rejuvenate in a world-class setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional massage, facial, and body treatments in line with spa protocols and customer preferences.

• Ensure treatment rooms and common spa areas are spotless, fully stocked, and set up to luxury standards.

• Maintain punctuality and be ready to work at least 15 minutes before each shift.

• Participate in inventory control, spa cleanliness, and daily operational procedures.

• Stay informed on current promotions and spa offerings by attending team briefings.

• Support in greeting guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out, and rebooking services.

• Follow spa opening/closing procedures and comply with all health and safety standards.

• Promote teamwork and support spa management with assigned duties.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in massage, facial, and body therapy within a spa or hospitality environment.

• Certified spa therapist with recognized qualifications in massage and body treatments.

• Customer service-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with flexibility in working hours, days off, and tasks.

• English language proficiency (spoken and written).

• Experience with retail and rebooking sales is a plus.
