Sharjah American International School (SAIS) in Dubai is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Teacher to join their inclusive education team. The role involves working closely with students who require additional academic or emotional support, developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), collaborating with classroom teachers, and fostering a supportive learning environment. UAE Nationals only are eligible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students needing additional academic or emotional support.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to support student development.

• Regularly assess student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.

• Experience: Experience in differentiated instruction and inclusive teaching practices.

• Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
