About the Role:
As a Fashion Consultant for Lacoste at The Beach JBR, you will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized customer experiences and achieving individual and store sales targets. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, collecting consumer insights, and promoting loyalty initiatives in one of Dubai’s most iconic retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Lacoste brand standards.

• Achieve personal and team sales targets while promoting the MUSE loyalty program.

• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising (VM) standards and stock organization.

• Capture customer data accurately in line with CRM and marketing requirements.

• Support in-store activations, marketing campaigns, and click & collect processes.

• Provide real-time feedback to management on best-sellers, slow movers, and customer preferences.

• Actively contribute to store-level customer experience (CX) and employee engagement (eNPS) initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

• Passion for fashion, style, and customer engagement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Team player with attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude.
