Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to oversee and manage daily operations in the luxury hotel spa. The ideal candidate will have a background in 5-star hotel spas and be ready for the next step in their career, coming from a position such as Head Therapist or Team Leader. This role requires someone passionate about wellness, high service standards, and supporting the Spa Manager in ensuring a top-tier guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Spa Manager in organizing and supervising the daily operation of the spa.

• Supervise reception operations, assisting as needed.

• Oversee the Spa Team Leaders and associates, ensuring high-quality service across all departments.

• Provide assistance and instructions to guests within the assigned areas.

• Continuously learn and gain knowledge in spa therapies, wellness services, and health programs.

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running and exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensure the spa maintains the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of spa supervision experience in a luxury spa environment, ideally in a 5-star hotel.

• A background in fitness education or a health-related discipline is an asset.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of spa and wellness therapies and services.
