Space42, a leading UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company, is hiring an Events Manager (UAE National) to develop and deliver innovative, high-impact events that strengthen brand presence and support business growth. This full-time hybrid role blends strategy and execution, working across trade shows, launches, executive engagements, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Space42’s annual event calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.

• Lead planning and execution of global trade shows, product launches, VIP summits, webinars, and internal events.

• Oversee all event logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and performance tracking (ROI, engagement, lead generation).

• Collaborate with internal teams to craft messaging, content, and promotional strategies.

• Drive registration and attendee acquisition in partnership with sales.

• Manage post-event follow-up and reporting for continuous improvement.

• Travel as needed to ensure event excellence across regions.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

• 7–10 years of B2B event experience with strong project management skills.

• Proven ability to handle multiple large-scale events simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience with event tech tools, CRM, and digital platforms.

• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and vendor negotiation experience.
