We are hiring an experienced Service Advisor specializing in Electric Vehicles (EVs) to join our dynamic aftersales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and experience handling both traditional and electric vehicle service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and accurately log service needs

• Provide detailed service estimates for repairs and maintenance

• Coordinate with technicians and track repair progress

• Keep customers informed on job status and offer additional service recommendations

• Perform final quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction at delivery

• Stay updated on EV technology, services, offers, and manufacturer warranties

• Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues when required

• Mentor junior advisors and support aftersales workflow management

• Comply with dealership procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/Automotive Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a service advisor in the automotive sector

• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes, especially EVs

• Proficient with DMS tools like SAP, Garage, or similar

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Arabic and experience with electric vehicles is a plus

• Valid UAE driving license

• Certifications such as ASE or OEM training are highly preferred
