Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Junior Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Team in Dubai. This position is exclusively open to Emirati nationals, in accordance with UAE labor laws. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team

  • Assist in scheduling, meeting coordination, and managing communications

  • Organize travel arrangements and help execute sales events

  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies when required

  • Conduct data entry, file organization, and basic report preparation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support daily operations


Candidate Profile:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Official recognition as a UAE national (Emirati passport & Khulasat Al Qaid required)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a drive for professional development
