NSR Associates is seeking a Senior Planner for a prestigious Tier 1 civil engineering & infrastructure Main Contractor in Dubai. This exciting opportunity comes with a 28-month contract for a project valued at AED 910 million, involving earthworks, piling, horizontal concrete, and drainage. With a peak manpower of 950 on-site, this project is set to be a significant achievement, with repeat collaboration with the client.

As the Senior Planner, you will lead the planning and scheduling, baseline development, risk management, and progress reporting. This is a key role reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager on-site and coordinating with the Regional Head of Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6.

• Manage resources, time, and progress reporting effectively.

• Handle risk management and communicate program status to stakeholders.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Ensure accurate presentation and protection of the project schedule.

• Work with the leadership team to meet targets and optimize project outputs.

• Analyze delays and provide support for distressed programs.

Duties:

• Perform subcontractor assessments against the program.

• Conduct delay analysis and provide recommendations.

• Monitor project ratios and activities to ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Manage and update key program reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planner in the Middle East, ideally on UAE-based civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage client relationships and navigate program changes.

Salary:
AED 27,000 to 32,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
