About the Role:
Join Chalhoub Group as a Regional Retail Manager for our luxury outlet brand, The Deal. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll drive performance and elevate customer experience across multiple store locations in the UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait. You will be at the forefront of optimizing operations, leading diverse retail teams, and implementing innovative strategies to exceed regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team focused on delivering premium customer experiences

• Foster a customer-first culture across all departments and retail touchpoints

• Drive commercial performance and oversee KPIs, sales targets, and financial metrics

• Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent aligned with brand values

• Enhance store operations and efficiency while ensuring SOP and compliance standards are met

• Work with merchandising teams to refine product strategy in line with market needs

• Implement effective CRM strategies and loyalty initiatives to boost customer retention

• Participate in brand and PR events with the regional marketing team

• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategy

• Conduct regular store visits to coach and support retail managers with action planning and execution

• Oversee retail budget, resource allocation, and cost management

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 5+ years in multi-store retail management within fashion, preferably luxury outlet retail

• Strong exposure to UAE and/or KSA markets

• Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast-paced retail operations

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead performance-driven, customer-focused teams

• Adaptable and resilient with a strategic mindset

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
