Overview:
Our client, a leading healthcare tourism brand with top-tier surgical facilities in Turkey and offices in London, Istanbul, and Dubai, is expanding their Dubai team. They are seeking a Sales Executive specializing in Hair Transplant services to drive patient engagement, consultation, and sales in the dynamic medical aesthetics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of hair transplant services by consulting prospective clients and guiding them through the treatment process

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals

• Educate patients on procedures, benefits, and post-operative care

• Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

• Collaborate closely with medical teams and stay updated on treatments and technologies

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain CRM records of leads, consultations, and conversions

• Represent the brand at events, seminars, and promotional campaigns

• Provide market feedback to improve service offerings and marketing approach

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dental, or wellness clinics

• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

• A patient-first mindset with a consultative sales approach

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Based in the UAE with fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
