Operating Partners are responsible for solving complex business challenges, leading high-priority projects, and optimizing company processes. You will drive growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver strategic value to support Revolut’s rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute high-priority company initiatives

• Identify new growth and revenue opportunities

• Take ownership of standalone verticals, functions, or teams, including potential turnaround cases

• Hire and lead high-performing teams across various functions and markets

• Build and optimize scalable processes to support Revolut’s growth

Candidate Profile:

Required:

• STEM or quantitative degree from a top-tier university

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategy consultancy, or a fast-growing technology company

• Proven track record of career progression and leadership success

• Experience building and leading high-performing teams with 10+ direct reports

• Experience working abroad or as an expat

Preferred:

• Expertise in leading cross-functional teams to drive business success

• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
