Our client is currently seeking a driven and analytical Arabic-Speaking Data Analyst to join their team and support strategic decision-making through impactful data insights.

Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing revenue trends, maintaining dashboards, and delivering business intelligence to the commercial, finance, and executive teams. Reporting directly to the CEO & CFO, this position is best suited for a data-driven professional with strong communication skills and experience in high-growth sectors such as fintech or SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc revenue performance analyses to identify key business trends and opportunities.

• Build and maintain dashboards using Hexboards and/or Tableau with a focus on real-time, user-friendly insights.

• Collaborate closely with finance teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.

• Track and report on KPIs including client lifetime value, retention rates, product usage, and conversion metrics.

• Automate reporting processes to minimize manual intervention.

• Uphold data governance standards and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting systems.

• Create visually appealing reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.

• Monitor data pipelines and resolve inconsistencies or reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

• Languages: Fluency in Arabic (required).

• Experience: 2+ years in data or business analysis, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or similar fast-paced environments.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Hexboards.

  • Advanced SQL and data querying capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Python or R.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, analytical setting.
