Relationship Manager – UAE National (Abu Dhabi)

Emirates NBD, a leading financial institution in the MENAT region, is seeking a motivated UAE National to join their team in Abu Dhabi as a Relationship Manager. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates passionate about client relationship management and sales in the banking sector.

As a Relationship Manager, you will drive client acquisition, manage high-net-worth portfolios, and promote banking products and services while maintaining exceptional service standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Priority Banking customers, nurturing and managing client relationships.

  • Acquire new clients and enhance existing relationships to meet revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance.

  • Collaborate with product specialists to cross-sell and promote financial products and services.

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, KYC, AML standards, and internal policies.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, record meetings, and report any suspicious transactions promptly.

  • Stay informed about market trends and proactively seek self-development opportunities.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.


Candidate Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience within the financial services or banking industry.

  • Background in retail banking or wealth management is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

  • Strong client relationship and sales aptitude with a proactive attitude.

Nationality Requirement:

  • Only UAE Nationals (Emiratis) are eligible to apply.
