Trump International Golf Club, located in the heart of DAMAC Hills, Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily golf shop operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work at one of Dubai’s premier golf destinations offering luxury experiences to guests and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service throughout the golf operation touchpoints: bag drop, staging, driving range, starter, and marshal support

• Administer and process green fee and merchandise sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system

• Handle check-ins, reconcile tee sheets, and manage member/guest billing

• Resolve billing discrepancies, including over/under payments and duplicate charges

• Promote club golf events and offerings to members and guests

• Maintain a clean and organized golf shop; assist with merchandising and sales displays

• Price and display retail items under the guidance of the Retail Supervisor

• Follow standard opening and closing procedures

• Answer phone inquiries, schedule tee times, and offer information on course conditions and handicapping procedures

• Participate in ongoing product knowledge training sessions

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage

• A genuine passion for golf or sporting environments is a plus

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
