Key Responsibilities:

• Provide temporary security at various client sites during staff absences, holidays, or special assignments.

• Support start-up operations at new accounts, including site management and on-site officer training.

• Maintain high levels of customer service and professional appearance at all times.

• Respond to client needs quickly and efficiently with a solutions-focused mindset.

• Maintain security presence and visibility to deter potential risks or incidents.

• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience: Prior security experience preferred

• Skills: Strong customer service and de-escalation abilities

• Basic tech skills for reporting and communication

• Transportation: Must have own transport and flexible availability

• Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record (for mobile assignments)

• Must pass drug screening and background check
