dubizzle, a flagship brand under the Dubizzle Group, is seeking an Insights Manager to join its dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a key player in the digital classifieds industry, dubizzle serves millions of users across the UAE. In this role, you will act as a lead researcher and analyst, responsible for providing actionable insights on client initiatives, advertising performance, product health, and market trends. You will work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence strategic business decisions and contribute to future product development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver client-specific insights via Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ad-hoc campaign performance reports.

• Generate quarterly and on-demand reports at the agency level to support relationship management and track advertising spends.

• Conduct internal product performance analysis, focusing on metrics such as pageviews, RPM, and DAU.

• Assist in self-service product analytics and development of new features and tools.

• Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral; identify gaps and develop new material as required.

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for SME categories, including packaging, pricing, and product messaging.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis, consulting, or marketing roles.

• Minimum 2 years of experience developing presentations and marketing materials.

• Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic and performance marketing.

• Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).

• Basic understanding of Python and SQL for data analysis is a plus.

• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to interpret complex datasets and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
