TikTok’s Early Careers team is integral in shaping the company’s future talent pipeline through university partnerships and early-career programs across 15+ countries in the EMEA and Americas regions. As a Program Manager, you will oversee university relations and intern program execution, attracting top talent and providing a quality experience for interns and early-career hires.

Responsibilities:

University Engagement & Early Talent Outreach:

• Manage university partnerships and outreach to career centers, student groups, and faculty across EMEA.

• Organize events like career fairs, info sessions, and networking events to promote TikTok’s employer brand.

• Assist in event logistics, invitations, and follow-ups, ensuring effectiveness.

• Support cross-regional university engagement efforts and data tracking.

Intern Program Coordination:

• Support the execution of TikTok’s EMEA intern program, managing onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.

• Track intern headcount, start dates, and key milestones across multiple countries.

• Coordinate intern events and handle logistics, such as venue bookings, catering, and reimbursements.

• Support global intern engagement initiatives, tracking attendance and collecting feedback.

Cross-Regional Collaboration:

• Work with AMS-based initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency in the intern program and early talent outreach.

• Assist with the execution of internship initiatives and provide operational support as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, campus recruitment, and university relations within the EMEA region.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with internship structures and hiring processes in EMEA markets.

• Comfortable with data tracking and program metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in university relations, campus recruitment, or early talent programs in EMEA.

• Knowledge of labor laws and internship regulations in EMEA markets.

• Experience organizing large-scale events such as info sessions and networking events.

• Proficiency with data analytics and CRM tools like Salesforce or LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with international groups.
