We are seeking a Mortgage Team Leader to lead and manage our mortgage processing and sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage operations and a proven track record in leading teams within the financial services sector. You will guide your team to achieve performance targets, ensure exceptional client service, and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced lending environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai with an attractive salary range of 5000 – 6000 AED.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of mortgage advisors, underwriters, and loan processors.

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, underwriting, compliance, and operations) to streamline workflows.

• Provide training, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance team growth and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy standards.

• Resolve escalations and support team members in complex loan scenarios.

• Generate performance reports and contribute to strategic planning.

• Foster a customer-centric culture, focusing on transparency, integrity, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mortgage operations or loan processing.

• At least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role in the mortgage or financial services sector.

• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations (e.g., FHA, VA, Conventional).

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in mortgage software systems (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point, Blend) and CRM tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
