Job Title: Interior & Exterior Design Specialist

Job Description:
Renovation Masters, a premier renovation company based in Dubai, is looking for a creative and experienced Interior & Exterior Design Specialist with a strong focus on landscaping design. The successful candidate will bring innovative ideas to life through detailed 3D renderings, high-impact presentations, and seamless client engagement. This role involves working on diverse projects, including garden landscapes, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, tile and marble installations, and full home makeovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Conduct client meetings to understand design needs and personal preferences.

• Perform comprehensive site assessments to gather essential information for customized design solutions.

Sales & Design Proposals:

• Deliver engaging and persuasive design presentations and sales pitches to clients.

• Emphasize the company’s expertise in landscaping and high-end renovation services.

Design Development:

• Translate client ideas into practical, aesthetic, and functional design concepts.

• Design for a range of areas, including gardens, kitchens, bathrooms, and luxury living spaces.

Visual Presentation & Rendering:

• Create visually compelling presentations using 3D rendering software and mood boards.

• Present concepts clearly and professionally to clients for feedback and approval.

Project Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with project managers and construction teams to implement designs efficiently.

• Provide ongoing support throughout the execution phase, ensuring design integrity.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up to date with industry trends, innovative materials, and design technologies.

• Apply current knowledge to enhance design offerings and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–8 years of proven experience in interior, exterior, and landscaping design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project diversity.

• Expertise in 3D rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or equivalent).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and construction materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Female candidates from India or Eastern European countries preferred.

• Mid-career level with a passion for creativity and client-centered solutions.
