Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a leading pipes and fittings supplier in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing within the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector. You’ll be responsible for driving market growth, building strong industry relationships, and leading high-impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new market segments, key accounts, and emerging trends within the EPC sector.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage strategic marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Develop and present compelling business proposals, client presentations, and contracts to drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business development goals and supply chain strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to fine-tune marketing and sales strategies.

  • Deliver measurable outcomes in sales performance and customer engagement.

Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full Time

  • Salary: Up to 16,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications) + Annual Incentives

  • Location: Dubai, UAE

Client Overview:
A well-established supplier of piping solutions, fittings, and related components for EPC projects across the MENA region.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian and Arabic nationals

  • Female, aged 45 years and below

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales & marketing role in the pipe supply or EPC sector

  • Strong understanding of contractor needs and industry-specific sales practices

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills

  • Ability to identify opportunities, drive strategy, and build strong partnerships in a competitive market
