AW Connect is looking for a Social Media Executive (Emirati – Fresh Graduate) to join a leading lighting solutions provider in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Write engaging captions and create relevant hashtags in line with the brand’s tone.

• Coordinate with designers to source or request basic visuals.

• Monitor platform activity, track trends, and alert the team about relevant comments.

• Maintain a monthly content calendar and ensure it’s up-to-date.

• Stay informed on local and regional social media trends.

• Report on reach and engagement metrics.

Who You Are:

• Emirati national, fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

• Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Passionate about content writing, visuals, and social media engagement.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Organized, proactive, and open to hybrid/flexible work arrangements.
