Position Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our geotechnical engineering team in Dubai. This full-time role involves producing high-precision technical drawings that directly support infrastructure and ground engineering projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD based on project specifications and engineering inputs

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to convert technical concepts into actionable drafts

• Update and revise drawings to reflect design modifications, ensuring documentation remains current and industry-compliant

• Organize and maintain drawing archives and project records for easy retrieval and project continuity

• Conduct site visits and assist in surveys to collect data and validate technical drawing details

• Ensure all drafting output adheres to safety protocols and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in geotechnical or civil engineering environments

• Strong command of AutoCAD with exceptional attention to technical drawing detail

• Knowledge of geotechnical principles and construction practices

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field

• Familiarity with UAE engineering and construction standards is an advantage
