Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Membership Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Ajman. As a Membership Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting the gym, driving membership sales, and delivering top-tier customer service. You will act as a key liaison between prospective members and the fitness team, supporting new member onboarding and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads to meet monthly membership targets

• Provide guided tours of the facility to prospective members

• Manage membership applications and related documentation

• Handle inquiries and follow up with potential and existing clients

• Collaborate with fitness trainers and management to ensure member satisfaction

• Participate in outreach initiatives and promotional events to attract new members

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in membership sales and customer service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 3,500 per month
