Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Motion Graphics & UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring innovative design ideas to life through engaging motion graphics and intuitive user interface designs across a variety of digital platforms. From LED screen visuals to mobile and VR interfaces, you’ll be responsible for delivering visually compelling and user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for LED screens, explainer videos, and interactive environments.

• Craft seamless and user-focused UI designs for apps, touchscreens, kiosks, and digital displays.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of motion and design assets.

• Adapt visuals for diverse formats including VR, panoramic displays, and tablets.

• Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining design consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

• Contribute to concept development, pitch mockups, and client-facing proposals.

• Uphold brand standards and deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics and UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and UI tools like Adobe XD or Figma.

• Solid understanding of animation principles, layout design, and motion transitions.

• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro (or similar tools) is a plus.

• Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Capable of working independently and in team environments under deadline pressure.
