Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager – Wireline and Perforating to oversee field operations, lead wireline crews, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This is a high-impact leadership role involving team supervision, performance optimization, safety compliance, and the implementation of cutting-edge technology at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of multiple Wireline & Perforating crews.

• Lead personnel decisions including hiring, training, and performance management.

• Monitor crew competencies and provide mentorship, assessment, and skill development.

• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards.

• Actively implement Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes.

• Utilize performance data to identify and drive operational improvements.

• Investigate and follow up on incidents, injuries, and irregular events using tools like Taproot.

• Promote the use of safety tools such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Observation Cards (HOC).

• Facilitate the rollout of new technologies at client locations.

• Support the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) processes within the Product Service Line (PSL).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Wireline & Perforating field operations.

• Strong leadership and crew management skills.

• In-depth understanding of wireline tools, technologies, and field applications.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated experience handling HSE and incident management procedures.
