📝 Role Overview:

As a Document Controller at AECOM, you will manage the flow of technical documents and support project and office operations, ensuring document control compliance across engineering and construction projects.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all project documentation including drawings, specs, reports

• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

• Prepare transmittals, meeting minutes, and document distributions

• Support project and office teams with administrative and documentation tasks

• Assist with mock-ups of O&M manuals and job data books

• Track office furniture and site equipment inventory

• Liaise with environmental managers for departmental needs and event support

• Collaborate with secretaries and project admins to ensure smooth office operations

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in any relevant field

• 5+ years of document control experience in engineering/construction

• Proficient in ACONEX, Prolog, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiar with document scanning and indexing tools

• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills

• Ability to write professional correspondence and reports in English

• Team player with proactive and solution-oriented mindset
