An exciting opportunity for a FP&A Manager to join a market-leading, internationally renowned real estate investment company. The company is known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai and have a proven track record of working in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning cycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Assess the financial condition of businesses in preparation for a sale, merger, or acquisition.

• Enhance business reporting and develop financial models for portfolio and asset-level analysis.

• Model and appraise high-value, complex projects, including business case development.

• Manage relationships with business partners and provide technical accounting support as needed.

• Coordinate forecasting exercises to analyze variances and trends in the business.

Key Skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent).

• Big 4 audit background.

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a large, complex, and matrix organisation.

• Proven experience in managing financial due diligence.

• Experience managing large data sets and presenting to senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
