Google is hiring a Senior Data Center Strategic Negotiator to lead complex infrastructure initiatives in the Middle East. This role requires extensive experience in real estate, data center strategy, and utility negotiations. The position is on-site in Dubai and involves up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure initiatives for site selection, utility negotiation, and data center development across the Middle East.

• Drive end-to-end site evaluation, land acquisition, contract drafting, and infrastructure agreements for power, water, and telecom.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders including government officials, utility providers, developers, and landowners.

• Develop strategic frameworks and financial models for data center growth, tracking milestones and managing compliance.

• Represent Google in high-stakes negotiations to ensure cost-effective, scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of experience negotiating bilateral real estate agreements.

• 5+ years of experience in Middle East markets.

• Experience with data center location or industrial strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in power transmission, telecommunications, or data center operations.

• Experience with collocation, site development, clean energy initiatives, and financial modeling.

• Familiarity with economic development policies and infrastructure in the Middle East.

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
