Centro Hotels by Rotana is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Waiters / Waitresses to join their Food & Beverage team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guests are served professionally and attentively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and a warm attitude.

• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.

• Possess deep knowledge of the menu to assist guests with orders and recommendations.

• Handle guest complaints efficiently and courteously.

• Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of service areas and equipment.

• Set up and clear tables (mis-en-place and mis-en-scène).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food and beverage service.

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.

• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong guest service orientation and interpersonal skills.
