Job Title: Creative Videographer & Content Specialist

Job Description:
We are hiring a Creative Videographer & Content Specialist to join a dynamic Dubai-based investment firm at the forefront of Entertainment, Leisure, and Hospitality. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through visual content and have hands-on experience in producing high-quality video content from concept to final cut. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and trend awareness to produce engaging media that aligns with brand vision and captivates the audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-impact photo and video content that aligns with brand messaging.

• Manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, filming, audio setup, lighting, and post-production editing.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns tailored for digital and social media platforms.

• Ensure video content is optimized for performance across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Stay current with content trends, video formats, and emerging editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.

• Maintain and organize video archives and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in videography/content creation, preferably within agency or production environments.

• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Lightroom.

• Strong understanding of storyboarding, cinematography, and motion graphics.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Familiar with trends and video performance strategies across social media platforms.
