Position: Head of Interior Design

Salary: AED 35,000 – 37,000 / SGD 13,000 per month + bonuses, commission & profit share

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end F&B design projects from concept through execution

• Manage and mentor design teams while setting regional creative direction

• Collaborate with global clients and stakeholders across Asia and beyond

• Represent the brand at an international level, blending luxury design with cultural insight

• Drive studio growth through innovation, client relationships, and scalable processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and delivering luxury hospitality/F&B interiors

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to work across cultures and markets with confidence and sensitivity

• Experience in high-end projects within the UK, US, Europe, Australia, or Singapore

• Willing to relocate to Singapore (Employment Pass sponsorship provided)
